This past weekend Rachel and I hosted Erika's bridal shower at my apartment and it turned out beautifully. We decided to go with an elegant dessert shower and the turquoise blue palette was inspired by Erika and David's pretty wedding invitation. The afternoon was intimate and fun! Here are a few photos to share.
The table set before the shower started with all its turquoise accents. Purple hydrangeas were conveniently provided by the bush outside of my apartment building and matched perfectly!
The mantel dressed up a little bit~ candles are always so pretty.

The twins! The beverage was champagne punch with lots of yummy fruit, sangria-style.
The table set for dessert! This included vanilla cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, mini lemon tarts with whipped cream and cheesecake with strawberries. Also offered were mini chocolate eclairs and Bon Ton pastries. Yum!
My mom baked the absolutely incredible cheesecake~ it was a hit!

gorgeous lingerie, including this stunning cherry blossom-bedecked bra that Rachel brought her from France! Lucky girl~ or should I say lucky David!!!
